The firm MD MAILA INCORPORATED was founded by MAEYANE DAVIS MAILA on 2nd January 2003 in Marble Hall. The founding member of the firm conducts the practice as a sole proprietor.
MAEYANE DAVIS MAILA attended University of Limpopo (then University of the North) from 1992 until 1997, where he graduated with BProc, LLB degrees. In 1998, from January to June 1998 Mr Maila attended school for Legal Practice in Johannesburg, served articles with the firm Mohlaba and Moshoana Incorporated at their branch office from January 1999 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in June 2000.
In July 2000 Mr Maila worked as a Professional Assistant for Mohlaba and Moshoana Incorporated and was placed at the firm’s Steelpoort office until March 2002. In April 2002 until December 2002 Mr Maila joined the firm then called Choeu, Chuene and Masha Attorneys as a Professional Assistant and was placed at the firm’s branch office in Standerton.
In February 2002, Mr Maila founded the firm then called Maila and Associates in Marble Hall.In 2004 Mr Maila opened a branch office in Jane Furse and in 2017 a branch office in Polokwane was established. In 2005 Mr Maila obtained a Higher Diploma in Labour from the University of Johannesburg (then called RAU) and in August 2007 joined the CCMA in Mpumalanga as a part-time Commissioner until the present. Mr Maila is also a panelist in various bargaining councils.
